Yes, Vogrie a Grand Day out is back for its fourth year! Caching and chatting with friends old and new.
Do remember your £1.00 for parking! Tokens need to be purchased at the machine BEFORE you get to the barrier, the token works the barrier. At Vogrie there is a cafe where teas, coffees and light snacks are available to purchase. But of course cakes will be available. Normally you will find us in the gazebo by the big house but, If as last year the weather is not kind, then hopefully we will have relocated to the main house again.
We can't promise good weather, and there may be quite a bit of mud involved in places, so bring suitable footwear. Cache hounds are welcome, although are not allowed to play in the playparks!
INFO There are 11.5 miles of signed footpaths passing through sweeping parkland, woodlands and the River Tyne Valley. There are also two playparks, one near the car parking and another further down.
