Geocache Description:

There was another cache in this park that fell to the wayside. I put this in a location I believe will last a little long in this sometimes busy park. BTW the best time to visit this park in the summer is in the morning at about sunrise. The air is so cool and it really is deserted. So come on out and visit a small park on the edge of eastern Visalia.
