Pastor Jim travels between St Luke's Lutheran Church and the nearby parsonage very often and has worn a path between the two. Not so very long ago, a congregation member built a little bridge to span the gulley and make the journey more enjoyable. The Pastor's grandchildren promptly dubbed it the "Troll Bridge."
The coordinates will take you to the Troll Bridge near the cache. From the end of the bridge nearest the church, walk 12 paces toward the church, along the path. Stop and look right. You should see the cache container in the spikey tree about 10' away.
The container contains a self-inking stamp, log book, pen, and some kid-friendly tradeable items. Please stamp & sign the logbook with your own letterboxing stamp.
Since this is a letterbox, the first finder that both stamps and signs the log will get FTF honors from me. If you are first to log without a stamp, you'll have to share the FTF honors.
This cache is hidden with permission of the St Luke's church council. They prefer that the cache be accessed during daylight hours, so as not to draw undue concern from neighbors or frighten those closing up the church following evening usage. Sunday church service begins at 10am and geocachers are most certainly welcome to attend - the pastor is a geocacher. :) Please use parking spots.
