When I was a bit younger (I'm still not that old haha), if it ever snowed, I would grab my coat and my wellies and come hurrying over to this field with my friends. I remember it as an action-packed adventure with a lot of danger and a lot of fun. However, on my return I find less of a perilous mountain and more of a pathetic little slope. Nevertheless I thought that this would be a good spot for an easy cache.
You are looking for a small tupperware container covered in black tape. Please bring your own writing implement.
Parking is available at the pavilion (opposite) or in the village.
The field that the cache is situated in is accesssible via a stile on the village side. There is no pavement on that edge so be careful with small children.
Beware of potential cows.
