Dog's Head is located on the way to Katherine's beautful Nitmiluk Gorge, on Gorge Road, near the site of the Bombing of Katherine. Parking is available on the side of the road.
The previous cache caused LumpyJ a good deal of Blood Sweat and tears. It took us several attempts to find it, having to give up due to heat exhaustion one time and loss of blood the second! But we have relocated the cache so although it may not be any easier to find you hopefully won’t suffer from hunting in the long dead grass as Lumpy J did.
