Trees frogs... You know... Those little green things, living in trees, hopping around from leaf to leaf, that can make enough noise to keep you awake at night. Don't you just love them!?! Just what is a tree frog? A tree frog is any frog that spends a major portion of its lifespan in trees - so they can more easily jump on you!
When we were kids, my sister and I decided to gather up every tree frog and caterpillar we could find. The frogs wouldn't stay in the wagon, so we stuffed them in our pockets. Mom washed our clothes that night - without checking the pockets. She was horrified at what she found in her washer when the spin cycle was done!
The other day I was driving down I4 towards DB when I felt something land on my neck. Scared the bejeezes out of me!!! I quickly brushed it away. About 5 minutes later I see this stupid little tree frog crawling up the inside of the car door and onto the front windshield. Not sure where he came from. Not sure if he survived being thrown out the window. Don't really care!
