Der Grund für diesen Cache ist das schöne Wand-Graffiti beim Gesundheitsamt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und soll natürlich auch die Cache-Dichte in Düsseldorf erhöhen.
Da hier nicht gerade wenig Leute und Fahrzeuge tags und nachts unterwegs sind und das Versteck von mindestens 180° eingesehen werden kann, habe ich die Difficulty mal etwas hoch angesetzt.
Das Cache-Objekt ist direkt vom Gehweg aus erreichbar, das Gelände des Amts muss daher nicht betreten werden.

I placed the cache at this location cause of the beautiful wall graffiti near the local health authority in short distance of the main station of Duesseldorf.
The street beside the cache placement is very lively at day and night, also complete visible from the street and houses nearby.
The cache can be visited 24/7. You don't have to leave the side walk and you don't have to access the property of the health agency.
