The Charming Creek Walkway follows the line of an old railway put in by the Watson Brothers in 1914
to bring out timber and coal.
It is a beautiful walk up the Ngakawau Gorge taking you through tunnels,
over bridges and pass the Managatini Falls.
Weather is sometimes changeable so be prepared and dress accordingly.
Cache is a small container, BYOP.
Will take you about 3 hr return.
There are a few caches along the walkway now to entice you.
