Take the Dalguise turn off then turn left almost immediately into the forestry car park - not suitable parking if you are towing.
Several forest paths start from here, and you can also get down to the river by crossing the road and following the signposted path.
Cars can continue along this scenic road and rejoin the A9 further north at Ballinluig which will take you over the very interesting single-track Logierait Bridge; the only Community owned ex-railway bridge in Scotland, the Bridge provides a vital local link between the two banks of the Tay, serving the communities of Ballinluig, Logierait and Strathtay on the North and Grandtully, Balnaguard and Dalguise on the South. The Bridge also forms a key link in Route 7 of the National Cycle Network. Definitely NOT suitable for heavy vehicles or if towing.
