Geocache Description:

This cache is placed at the entrance to the Pines which are a part of the Highland Trails in Powassan. This property is leased out to the Municipality of Powassan by Eastholme, Home for the Aged. Please be respectful of the property.

"The Highland Trails wind through this area of rolling terrain, pines, and one beautiful mountain.  The Pines, including some of the favorite trails in this area, lead up to Powassan Mountain, one of this town’s great natural attractions.  A hike to the top of the mountain offers visitors a spectacular view of the surrounding highlands."

While you are here, why not take a walk up the Powassan Mountain? The view is incredible, especially in the fall. Maybe someone will place some more caches in these trails ;)
