Geocache Description:

This cache is placed at the Compton County Museum in Eaton Corner. You are looking for a whizbang with a magnet glued into the bottom of it. Please take your own pencil.

NOTE: This geocache replaces the original one because there was a large bees' nest at ground zero. I left the old broken bees' nest but replaced the geocache. Bees will not come back to this place because of the damage to the original nest.

This geocache is another replacement for the FIRST geocache placed in Eaton Corner, Quebec!

I grew up in the house right across the street from this cache, and I mowed the lawn here at the museum for many summers.

My family moved to Ontario in the late 70's, and most of my best memories are from my years spent in the Eastern Townships (especially Eaton Corner, Sawyerville, Cookshire and Island Brook), so I just had to hide a cache here in my old stomping grounds.

Enjoy the hide and have fun!
