Skid row is the term often used to describe a depressed area inhabited and frequented by the less affluent and those who have fallen on hard times.  This cache is located near a trailer park where mothers can be heard screaming at their children and an overpass that sometimes serves as shelter for those who are even less fortunate than the inhabitants of the trailer park.  While you are here, appreciate your lot in life if it is better than those who live within a stonethrow of the cache.  If you too live in a place like this, remember that your life doesn't have to be like this; you can educate yourself and rise from the kind of poverty and depression that lives here.
