In a great location next to a rec center to workout at and it is next to a park that you can play sports in.  there are miles of trails to run or hike at near by and there is a dog park near by to bring your dog to play.

small bottle with log good luck. it is in a parking lot with a lot of muggles so stealth is required. easy park and grab easy in all weather.
