It can get quite muddy at times, so wellies or good boots are almost essential. The first few caches on this trail are over quite rough ground with either livestock or railroad tracks, so geo-kids and dogs need to be kept on a fairly short leash. The majority of these are on public footpaths and at no point should you have to deviate from the path or enter a farmer’s field to get them.
We hope you enjoy this walk, we certainly did when placing and planning it!
Cache is a fairly big black box with room for small swappables. From here keep going down the path until you meet the road. Be careful, because there is livestock on the field next to the path. If there are cows on the path, be patient and wait for them to move on. As long as you don’t get between them and their calves (if there are any), you should have no problems at all.
