For a couple of years I have passed by this sign stating, in unique handwritten font, "Cowgirls Rule". I have only seen one other sign, in the exact same writing, on another fencepost (and I can't even remember where!?) ...I have always wondered: Who put it there? For whom was it placed? Is it a friendly joke? A John Deere-loving woman's philosophy hung for the world to see?
And, of course, as a geocacher, I couldn't help but think what a perfect spot for a cache it proved to be....especially withe cache "container" we have....
Believe it or not, this cache container was a pizza-holding "plate" a few years back at the Calgary Stampede.
Find it (and you will know it when you see it) and log it.
