Slyest Elfi Traditional Cache

We have discovered that downtown Valpo is a pretty cool and happening place. At the end of a day of caching last week we stopped for a bite to eat and spotted this place. Pretty cool. Figured what the heck? Why not bring other people here to appreciate it as well?

Day time caching could be tough. Potentially a very high muggle area. Once the sun goes down it may be easier -- but where is the challenge in that? The difficulty in this hide is certainly the logging during peak hours. Stealth recommended during daytime. Available 24/7.
