There are 2 reasons for holding this event : 1) Contrary to the farewell event that some of you might have attended, I didn't leave! 2) The day prior to this event will be my 1000th consecutive day and I may not feel like finding a cache on this day. This ensures I do ;)
The event will be held in the Gedling Inn, 50 Main Road, Gedling, Nottingham, NG4 3HL from 7pm to 9.30pm. The pub serves reasonably priced food. For a menu check the link below. Please indicate on your log if you would like food just so that I can warn the pub of approximate numbers. http://www.flaminggrillpubs.com/pub/gedling-inn-gedling-nottingham/s5135/ On Tuesdays, the Gedling Inn has a free pub quiz from 9:30pm to closing time. Everyone is free to play. Team Norfolk "competes" every week, and very occasionally wins the quiz.
