The trail follows a lovely public footpath that links onto the Whipsanade circular walk and has great views of countryside and of the quarry, as well as walks through small woods. It is a walk very much loved by our Black Mouth Cur dog Lennox. The footpath is not used often and occasionally becomes a little over grown (you can still get past at all routes) and we have set this trail up to encourage more people to explore this beautiful walk.

This cache is part of a Treat trail of easy to locate caches that will eventually be linked with my husband Geolennox’s Trick trail of tricky caches, enabling families to cache together and find a mixture of easy and challenging caches. The trail leads onto the “Heath Walk” trail by NooneHart to create a large loop. The Caches also lead onto the National Trust Caches on Dunstable downs for cachers looking for long walks and lots of caches. At NO point do you have to cross any fences or enter any of the quarry property!!!
This cache is a black Tupperware box and is big enough for trackables and SWAG. The cache contains a pencil with a cute pencil topper(please leave these in the cache for others to use) and a log and has started life with two toy soldiers that want to find children who will play with them.
