We reviewers typically operate under the assumption that adequate permission exists to place a cache unless circumstances suggest otherwise. As it appears that this cache was placed on without obtaining permission from the property owner or land manager, I am archiving this cache listing to remove it from cache searches.

All future cache placements within Ronald W. Caspers Wilderness Park will require explicit evidence of permission before the cache listing will be published. For approval, cache owners may contact Caspers Park office at (949) 923-2210 or casperswilderness.park@ocparks.com.

Geocache Description:

Filling in the empty spaces on the West Ridge Trail

There was a serious gap on the West Ridge Trail and I just happened to have a couple containers in the backpack.  Nothing fancy, would have rated it a 1 it's so easy but getting there is not wheel chair accessible.
