4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series that was motivated by the “Teamwork Required” geocaching attribute so for each of these caches you will need two people to work together to be able to reach the cache – unless you are really tall. So grab a partner and see if you can access all the caches in this series. Happy hunting!

This is probably my favourite and most difficult of all the hiding spots, but with perseverance and teamwork this cache should soon be in your hands. Even though you could possibly access this cache with one person, please stick with the spirit of the series and use the "two person" approach. I did a test-run with my daughter this morning so I know it is possible without climbing the tree. See the photo for robroy_co's approach :) Also, BYOP and maybe a LRT, and don't forget exactly where you found it so you can put it back in the same spot using the magnet to hold it in place.

Congratulations to Helbren and KrabiBoy for being the FTF this cache. Congratulations to robroy_co for being STF and for using an excellent teamwork approach to grab this cache!
