The airfield Kėdainiai (The airfield Dauksiai)is Kėdainiai district, along the western limit of the city Kėdainiai and Dauksiai village.

The airfield was built during the Soviet period, was a military purpose. Airfield after the Second World War was based Pe-2, followed by Il-14 aircraft since 1963. An-12, since 1981. Il-76 aircraft.

In 1993. retreating Soviet military aviation transported to Russia

Look for an airplane hangar. Next to it there are a few lakes (dirty). Behind the one of lakes is bunker which hiding in the bushes

Kėdainių aerodromas (Daukšių aerodromas) yra Kėdainių rajone, palei Kėdainių miesto vakarinę ribą ir Daukšių kaimą.

Aerodromas pastatytas sovietmečiu, paskirtis buvo karinė. Aerodrome po II pasaulinio karo bazavosi Pe-2, vėliau Il-14 lėktuvai, nuo 1963 m. An-12, o nuo 1981 m. Il-76 lėktuvai.

1993 m. traukiantis Tarybinei armijai karinė aviacija išgabenta į Rusiją

Ieškokite lėktuvų angaro. Šalia jo yra keli prūdai. Už vieno iš ežerų, krūmuose - bunkeris.
