The idea of this cache is to read what you write in your log, therefore, this is an easy find. HOW TOTALLY BORING is it to always read something like “thanks” or “I was out caching on a beautiful day....blah....blah....blah?" Yuk! Let’s give your fellow cachers something to laugh about so please tell us what happened while you went for this cache and the taller the tale (the BIGGER the LIE) the better. Let's see how creative you can be.
HERE'S MY STORY: Oh so long ago when I was young, I had a little bird for a pet. He was the smallest bird I have ever seen. In fact he was so small he made a humming bird look humongous. Truthfully, this cache used to be his home where he, his wife and five little birdbrain kids used to live. All seven of these wee birds lived in the hole where this cache is now hidden.
When you find the cache you will wonder how all those creatures could have lived in such a tiny space and you will think that I am telling you a big one about my beautiful pets. You must believe this story because it’s true, I swear, it’s true. But just in case you still doubt my story and feel I am telling a lie, I’m sure at the same time you can understand how frustrating it may be, being “goody goody” all the time.
Personally, I don’t care to be around liers but with that said, there are rare occasions when a little white lie may be OK like when someone is trying to guess their Christmas present. Then there are other rare occasions when a HUGE WHOPPER of a lie may be NECESSARY to sustain your life like when your wife ask the question, “Honey, do I look fat in my new dress?”
This cache will be your opportunity to tell the biggest whopper you can think of. In fact, that is EXACTLY what I am hoping you will do so we can all laugh at your post.
NOW YOUR STORY:Your log could tell about the army of cops and SWAT team that surrounded you while you were looking for this cache or how you swam underwater from the island to the cache so no muggle would see you make the grab or the thousands of dollars or key to a new Roles Royce you are leaving as swag for the next cacher. Whatever you can think of but please lie, lie, lie.
Now go get this cache and then tell us something to make us all laugh by writing the biggest bunch of nonsense you can think of.
Also for the FTF there may be a $1,000.00 bill waiting for you….or is that just another lie?
