This cache is a small film like container stuck in one of the few hiding spots at this location. This our first handicapped accessible cache! I only note that because there seems to be very few caches that have that attribute. Please replace as found and please be sure the cable tie does not stick out. Room only for a log in this one so bring your own writing stick.
