PhilatSea: In August of 2016 I posted anote saying this cache would soon be archived.
That time has come and today I went and picked up the cache not before finding a very frustrated cacher looking for it.
Standing on the trail I could see the cache, so it was in sight.
Now how does one solve this one.
Go to www.geocachingtoolbox.com
look under "others" for Steganography
Go to cache page and right click and select view image info. Copy the url in the box that pops up.
Go back to the toolbox and enter that URL and hit submit.
you will get a .txt file which you can open that says this:
"Congratulations on figuring this one out!! Now remember NO NIGHT Caching on this one. Now head to N 49° 03.902 W 122° 38.895 and remember your pen! I would also like to point out that the coordinates have been averaged several times and no matter what ones I use there appears to be a 10 - 15 m + or - . The cache is no more than 2 m off the trail."
How easy was that?
The photo attached is of the cache location as of today. The cache was attached to the "spider" stump via fishing line.
Thank you for finding this cache.
Class is now over and class is dismissed.....
