We have been here before, but I can't remember when. What I do remember is that they will almost certainly have room for us.
On a personal note, if anyone has TBs that they want to go to Ukraine, bring them along because I am off to Kiev in early October. If anyone else wants me to make a plea for TBs to be taken out of the area, let me know and I will alter the cache page.
