Green Bicycle Mystery Cache

TeamAlexAbby: I'm sad to say that I have to archive this cache. The business closed after many years of service and the owner retired. He offered the bike to me to move somewhere else, and I researched a good location for it, but it didn't work out. The green bike is still out there right now for anyone to see and I wish the owner a happy retirement.

The container is not at posted coordinates...solve the puzzle below.

This puzzle was placed with permission from the store owner, Dennis. I showed him the exact location of the cache and he said he and his wife used to geocache. I wish I had asked him his caching name. He was happy to be a part of the fun. Please be respectful of the property. The cache is accessible on its own without touching the host. Thanks in advance!
