A little tribute cache to Hells Belle, a well know cacher from around the Fayetteville, NC area and a dirtbag diva of the Cape Fear Dirtbag Geocaching Society. As she puts it in her profile: May all the EVIL you do be good ..... and EVIL!
Please park at the listed parking coordinates and not along side the road. Also, although this is a low traffic road please use caution when crossing. Finally, this cache is not located on VDOT property (i.e. signs, guardrails, etc.).
