Geocache Description:

This series will take you along a decent gravel road, with some areas of dense foliage.  Each location will highlight a specific herb, shrub, moss, and fern as to where it predominantly grows in the area and it uses (if any).  Please drive carefully giving yourself enough time to traverse this small course.

Congratulations to SSMTRVLR for being first to find!

Please bring your own pencil.

People sometimes hold a fresh buttercup flower under the chin of a friend or family member. If a yellow reflection from the flower's shiny petals can be seen under the chin, the person is said to "like butter". This custom is still taught to young children and shows how buttercup petals reflect light.

Buttercups are often poisonous. If eaten they have a sour taste, which makes animals less likely to eat them; this defence mechanism improves their survival rate

Also please be made aware that from September to December it is Hunting Season; please do not cache alone and please where HI-VIZ (Hunter Orange) while visiting during those months.
