Shepparton international Earthcache day Event:
For seniors, their children,
Grandchildren and Geocachers alike
To help celebrate International Earthcache Day Cybergran V & kamikaze cacher would like to kindly invite you to participate in this event designed for all ages and all caching levels. Our event is a 3km run, walk, amble or crawl (It can be driven if you must) through the streets of sunny Shepparton. See trail map below. As always there will be new caches for the enthusiastic cacher. This event aims to showcase some of Shepparton’s attractions and scenery along the way starting and finishing at:

We have designed this event as an introduction to geocaching, but have no fear, there will be new caches also
If you have never tried geocaching before, this would be an excellent opportunity to come along and have a look to see if it is something that would interest you. It is a perfect opportunity to gain some exercise, meet others who are keen and willing to teach you, and explore places you didn't know exist in your area.
This event will begin at 10am, with the log books closing at 4pm, you can, of course, sign the log book at any time in between at The Earthcache near the suspension bridge.
So come one come all, bring a picnic lunch or purchase something at one of the many eating establishments along the way. There are plenty of locations near GZ when you can sit, eat and enjoy the views of the redeveloped Victoria Lake with public BBQ's and an awesome all abilities playground close by also.
There is no cost for the event, just a chance to enjoy the fresh air and discover Shepparton’s hidden treasures.
We would love to see you there on the 12-10-2014 so why not make it a day of caching in Shepparton?
Please advise Cybergran V of your intention to participate so that she can arrange the correct amount of maps to be printed.
Cubergran V will be at the posted coordiantes from 10am to 4pm for anyone to sign the logs as they wish
PLEASE NOTE: THE WALK AROUND SHEPPARTON IS PURELY OPTIONAL and is not a requirement to log the event. Geocachers are free to come and go as they please, overall it should be a great day out
