Geocache Description:

A week-night pub meet, to discuss a possible trip to Brazil to find the last remaining Project APE geocache!

About This Event:


There has been a lot of talk about a possible trip to Brazil to find the last remaining Project APE geocache (and possibly a couple of other stops on the trip). Time to meet up and talk about it in a more productive manner! Let’s see if this is actually possible.

All are welcome. Bring your ideas and suggestions, or just come along for a drink and watch us talk!

For anyone that doesn't know what a Project APE Cache is, it's this:

Mission 4: Southern Bowl

It's the last one left and the only remaining way to get this icon on the "found caches" in your profile (plus the Project APE profile souvenir)!

This event will be from 7pm onwards, until at least 9pm (although possibly later if people want to stay later: the pub's closing time is 11pm).

The pub has a (small) car park, and is just a short walk (about 500m-ish) from Chingford Train Station, which is on the line from London Liverpool Street via Walthamstow Central.

If the weather is nice and there's space, we'll try to start the night outside on the picnic tables in the beer garden. Otherwise just look for us in the pub!

I'm afraid dogs are not allowed in the pub, but are allowed in the beer garden.
