Tarka Trail Seven: Bird Hide Traditional Cache

This is one of a series of geocaches put along the length of what is known as the Tarka Trail, which in turn is part of the South West Coastal trail.

This series are fairly well spread along the trail, allowing for a wonderful and relaxing walk along the estuary.

One word of caution – keep an eye out for cyclists as this is a popular riding track.

This one is near what appears to be a very overgrown bird hide looking out over the estuary - although its original purpose may have been more mundane as a hut for the railway

The cache box is a small clip-lock
