Lots of Lotto Traditional Cache

This is an interesting location that is considered by many to be one of the luckiest places around for reasons that will be obvious when you get to ground zero.  Hopefully you will be fortunate and find the cache.  Let me know what you think of this place.  This is a small cache tucked away just for you.  Please bring your own pen and replace exactly as you found it for the next cacher that comes along.
