The previous container for this cache was a plastic cigar tube, but no longer. The new cache is a nano. This isn't terribly hard to find, but the rating is up because of the muggle potential, depending on day and time. (For seasoned geocachers who may wonder, this particular site is not maintained by VDOT.)
As the cache size has changed, so has the location - slightly. It's no longer hidden in darkness, but now just hanging out with the nuts. :)
