Travel Bug and Geocoin Resurrection & Release IX

4:00-4:30pm Saturday, June 11, 2016


  An outside evening event to visit, swap caching tales, and give some trackables a second lease on life as they move back into caches.

Come out and share stories with fellow cachers as we enjoy the warm (and hopefully dry) summer weather in Kyiv. We'll meet in the stands at the Amphitheatre in Mariinsky Park; look for Islander1988 with his GPS and a geocaching banner. If there is rain, we can hope there isn't a performance and take shelter on the stage. Afterwards, we can either walk to the metro or to a coffee shop if people wish to hang out longer. Please Note: The time of the event has been moved to the afternoon at 4pm, which is different than the time when it was originally posted, so be sure to come at 4pm!

Some trackables that have been resurrected from their muggled state will be ready for picking up and moving to caches. This is also Get Outdoors Day, and there will be geocaching souvenir for people who find a cache or attend an event on this day. Hope to see people there!

If you would like to have a missing TB/geocoin resurrected for the event, contact Islander1988 about how you can choose your designs and submit the tracking numbers; there is no charge to have a replacement tag made for re-release. Deadline for inclusion is Friday, June 3.
