Nazareth are a Scottish hard rock band, founded in 1968, that had several hits in the United Kingdom in the early 1970s, and established an international audience with their 1975 album Hair of the Dog. Perhaps their best-known hit single was a cover of the ballad "Love Hurts", in 1975.The band continues to record and tour. Apart from their mega hit, i have fond memories for the song...My White Bicycle, It came out at a time where me and my mates were into swapping stuff and i swapped my bike for Jimmys chunky small tyred bike...thinking it was an easy thing to do i decided to .....yes you guessed it.....spray paint my bike white to be trendy with the popular song. Well needless to say with no undercoat the paint job was a mess with more runs than a race horse. It couldnt get worse...or could it....knock at door...my mum says ive not to swap bikes so i need to swap back....didnt see much of Jimmy after that, wonder why?
