Let's celebrate 150 years of Swiss YMCA!

Anlässlich des 150-Jahr-Jubiläums des Deutschschweizer CVJM-Bundes wurde dieser Cache am 4. September 2014 eröffnet. Er gehört zu einer Reihe von Geocaches, welche an verschiedenen Orten der Schweiz zur Feier des Jubiläums verteilt sind:

Der Basler Cache ist unmittelbar beim Sekretariat des CVJM/CVJF Regionalverband Basel zu Hause. Entspann dich, die Angestellten des Verbandes sind über den Cache informiert.

Hast du trotz fehlendem Hint den Cache rasch gefunden und noch etwas Zeit? Ganz in der Nähe und sehr zu empfehlen ist das Spalentor und ein Besuch des botanischen Gartens der Universität Basel.

 

In celebration of the German-speaking Swiss YMCA‘s 150th anniversary this cache was opened on September 4th, 2014. It belongs to a series of geocaches placed all over Switzerland to comemmorate the jubilee.

Right next to the cache you will find the local YMCA office. Stay calm, the YMCA employees are informed about the cache.

Did you find the cache quickly in spite of the missing hint and still have some time left? Just around the corner you can find "Spalentor", a medieval city gate, and the botanical garden of the University of Basel. Both are well worth a visit.
