Just Hanging Around Traditional Cache

I happen to be hanging around here today waiting for the better half.  While waiting in the car I noticed quite a number of people passing by that were handicape so I decided to place a cache here for no particular reason other than providing an easier cache for them and driving by here each day... I may even see you.
