Welcome to Kendall Green, home of Gallaudet University and its pre-college programs. Celebrating 150 years in 2014, Gallaudet is the world's only four-year liberal arts university dedicated to deaf and hard of hearing students. Originally outside the city limits - Florida Avenue was formerly known as Boundary Road - the campus is now fully urban. Although a fence was erected sometime around the 1968 riots following the assassination of Martin Luther King, the campus is open to the public.
To keep the cache accessible 24/7 without requiring interaction with guards, it is outside the fence proper. You don't need to enter the campus itself to find the cache, but if you are driving here, you can use visitor parking on campus (see waypoint) if spaces are available. Use stealth when retrieving this cache as the area is fairly busy with muggles at all times.
