Teddy Creates a Spark #3 : Unproductive Property Traditional Cache

Teddy is a herding dog, which means he is quite protective of his family and those that he loves. He decided it was time to put up a protective fence around Toledo to protect everyone. Always the cunning one, Teddy decided an electric fence would be best. Unfortunately, electricity scares him and makes his hair puff out, so he decided to hide caches and then link them together through existing electrical devices. Can you help Teddy create a spark?

In this installment of the "Teddy Creates a Spark" series, we have hidden the cache at a spot that has no building attacked to it. Even if you look at it in Google Maps, you can see that a building either should be there, or once was there. Our thought was that maybe the owners didn't get enough bites on the lot to build a 2nd building. Look for the bonus numbers that will help you to find an upcoming mystery cache!
