Teddy is a herding dog, which means he is quite protective of his family and those that he loves. He decided it was time to put up a protective fence around Toledo to protect everyone. Always the cunning one, Teddy decided an electric fence would be best. Unfortunately, electricity scares him and makes his hair puff out, so he decided to hide caches and then link them together through existing electrical devices. Can you help Teddy create a spark?
