Hurricane Ryabella Traditional Cache

Every once in a while, we get an email from our daughter, Mrs. Moinksalot, saying Hurricane Ryabella struck again.  The two smallest Moinkers are full of energy and fun.  All hurricanes should be as cute and sweet as these two.

These trails are only available from dawn to dusk.  No night caching.  There are berry vines in the vicinity of this small lock-n-lock, but they don't seem too aggressive.  If you have not cached in this area before, you will be pleased to find flat trails and several caches waiting for discovery. Cords seem to get a bit wonky here. MAY 16, 2020 UPDATE. Updated cords and size when cache was replaced this morning. The stump that was mentioned in the hint fell over. Hint edited. Should be easier to find.
