To comply with geocaching.com guidelines, there is another container (35 mm film canister) and log in the parking lot. (base of telephone pole, southeast side). Coordinates are N 29° 30.160 W 098° 25.096. This container is accessible 24/7.
Over 25 years in the USAF brought me to countries all over the world. In each country I visited, I exchanged dollars for the local currency to purchase things. Inevitably, I returned home to the USA with a pocketful of coins that were no longer useful. For years, I tossed those coins in a bowl on my dresser which ultimately filled to overflowing. At the encouragement of my wife, I decided to start a cache with the theme of foreign coins. I seeded the cache with a handful of those coins in hopes that others will bring foreign coins to swap or just drop. You may also bring military "unit coins" or old US coins. If you have nothing to bring, you may still take a coin from the container so long as you don't take the last one. Please, no other swag, just coins. Finally, when you log the cache at geocaching.com, please tell a story about your travels to foreign lands, or at least comment on one of the coins you see in the cache.
