Lilly and Princess are two extremely kind and gentle horses that live an easy life in this small pasture. They are well fed and cared for, and have a lot of children that like to visit them and bring them carrots and apples and other goodies. Every time we walk down the road, their ears perk up and they walk right over to us to say hello. My kids are quite enamoured with them and I hope you will be too. Since the horses love kids so much, we have placed a kid friendly geocache near their pasture, full of toys that should put a smile to any childs face. And if there isn't something to your liking, you can always pet the horses, or post about what you would have liked to see in the cache. We are always looking for good ideas for what kinds of toys to leave in kid-friendly caches. My son is wild about finding toy cars, my daughter likes anything shiny. Plus it is nice to hear what your kids like, so we know what to place in the area's caches, so please say something in your log.
This cache was placed with permission from the land and horse owner. She welcomes gentle behavior towards her horses, and may even come out and chat if she sees you stopping to pet them.

Lilly passed away this spring. The kids cried when they heard that she got sick and cried even more when they heard she died. It is a sad thing to have an animal friend pass away. But we will always think of here when we visit this cache to feed Princess carrots.
