Due to our windy winter blowing the cache from its perch a couple of times, it was moved in May 2015 to the other side of 4th Avenue NW. The co-ordinates have been updated accordingly. If you need to have a rest after a busy day of caching though, please feel free to come, sit down, take a load off your feet and rest on the benches in the nice peaceful pavillion that you will find behind the columbarium on the south side of Thatcher Drive..
When we went to ask the owner's permission to place the original cache at the pavillion we asked, "What is a columbarium anyways?"
He explained that it is a building into which an urn containing burial ashes can be placed. Loved ones may come during operating hours to bring flowers or sit for a time of reflection near the urn any time of the year and be comfortable.
