PhilatSea: In August 2016 I posted a note that said I would be soon Archiving this one.
Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that time has come and this afternoon I went out and retrieved the cache containers, but not before helping Clueless in Qualicum find them.
Many of you really put too much effort into these not knowing that the answer was right in the url of the photos or in the source code for the photos.
The first one was:
http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e218/philatsea1/GC5CCMW/zqtwhi_ejadich_zps0c565489.jpg
It was this ejadich that you wanted. If A =1 B= 2 etc. that would be too easy so if I make e=5 - j=10 - a=1 - d = 4 - i =9 - c=3, h-8
Those number are 510 14 938 that doesn't make sense until you minus 1 from each number you get 49 03 827.
Does that look like coordinates now?
You do the same for the next photo
The final was N 49° 03.827 W 122° 38.967
There was an alternative solution where you went to www.geocachingtoolbox.com and looked under Numbers.
If you had entered the numbers into Lucas number you would have come up with the coordinates.
I made the photos .png so you could not copy paste the numbers which would be too easy.
The clue said 6.5
There were 6 large trees in a cluster with a baby coming out of one.
When I went to get the cache it took some effort to get it out as the cache container was becoming part of the tree.
For all those that truly solved it even with the help of sweet-marie and her Puzzle classes I commend you and Thank You. I thank @sweet-marie for doing these puzzle classes.
