The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.

東京のジオキャッシンググループは共同でこの日を祝いキャッシュを設置しました。
多くの都立の施設、公園、庭園、ホールの入場料は無料となります。
このキャッシュはレターボックスハイブリッドです。
イニシャル座標にはキャッシュは存在しません。
以下の指示に従って行動しキャッシュを見つけてください。
１．イニシャル座標からスタートです。まずは0°方向を向き階段を降りずに150歩ほど進んでください。先にはとても目立つ２つ並んだアーチ状のものがあります。
２．アーチの袂に到着したら今度は50°方向を向いて100歩ほど進んでください。二人の子どもと三匹の鳩が見つかります。
３．二人の子どもと三匹の鳩の前に到着したら今度は357°方向に850歩ほど進んでください。大きな白い三角形（見方によっては星形）が見つかるはずです。
４．白い三角形の袂から270°の方向を向いてください。そして200歩ほど進んでください。ちょっとした窪地に1本だけある大きな木が見つかります。（どの木のことかわからない場合はSpoiler1の写真を参照してください）
５．窪地の大きな木の袂から170°の方向に100歩ほど進んでください。
６．野鳥の水場が見つかります。キャッシュはそこに隠してあります。
