This is not only the first cache I've entered in a CCARS event, but my first cache ever. You will be looking for something that is in plain sight, but disguised as something that is a part of the environment. There is also a gift card for a local coffee shop for the first to find the cache.
I found this spot as a kid one day, when my friends and I were looking for a place to play some street hockey. We were too young to know what this building was used for, so we nicknamed it "The Water House". This building came with many mysterious qualities, as all the doors are locked and growing up we never saw anyone go in or out. This is a great cache and has a bunch of goodies that you can trade for inside. All ages will appreciate the loot. PS - Cords will take you to the general area of the cache not right by it, it's time to put the gps away and look the old fashioned way. Enjoy.
