Should be quick but muggles abound so steath is required.

This is a magnetic cache hidden under something you may not see much longer so come and get it while its still here.  It could be two days or two years but at some point this will be taken out of here.  You can also get some good chinese food right next door (I order out here all the time, VERY good.)
