A series for the kids
Connewarre Bay is a lovely spot to go for a stroll with the children and dogs (on leash area only). Our family loves to take a walk here on a regular basis and we were surprised to see no caches in this area.
Abigail is our 5 year old daughter and she insisted on placing 5 caches along this trail ("because that's how old I am") to encourage others to go for the walk as well. This series is great for kids and is a short stroll from start to finish.
Google has failed me with trying to find any history on who Connewarre was so if you have any information it would be appreciated via email.
This one is another small cache hidden at the point of the bay. Last year when visiting the area with a friend and their small children the tide was out and the kids were hunting crabs. Turns out there are quite a few oyster shells at the low tide line and after losing her balance one of the children needed a trip to the doctors for a glue-up.
Hints on this series make the location pretty obvious for those with children doing the hunting. If searching yourself you may want to skip the hints.
