So, remember back almost a year ago when the Federal government was shut down? This series commemorated each of those days one by one, for us out-of-work federal employees and cachers.
As we were out of work, we didn't know when we'd get our next paycheck, so these caches were nothing if not frugal.. cheap.. no frills.. you get the idea.
